Target Bonus 

Policy Details:

1.Eligibility: All sales representatives are eligible for this incentive.

2.Target:

-Achieve a minimum of 3 orders within the a month.

-Maintain your account active ( Read policy below)

3.Reward:

-Earn a bonus of £50 if reaching or exceeding the target of 3 orders, or £100 if  reaching or exceeding the target of 5 orders within a month.

-Earn and extra £10 for maintaining your account active.

4.Payment: The bonus will be paid on a monthly basis.

5.the initial £20 earn when sign up will only be paid with your first payout when you start earning until then it will be on hold. Exanple if your first month you make 1 sale worth £10 you will be pay £30.

 

Implementation:

- The performance of sales representatives will be monitored and recorded throughout the month.

- At the end of each month, the number of orders completed by each sales representative will be evaluated.

- Sales representatives who meet or exceed the target of 10 orders will receive the £100 bonus in their monthly pay.

Non Activity Policy

To maintain an active and mutually beneficial partnership, we require all affiliates to adhere to the following activity requirements:

 

Monthly Activity Requirements:

- Each affiliate must make a minimum of 2 social media posts featuring our products.

- Each affiliate must tag our official brand account in at least 2 social media posts per month.

 

Failure to meet these activity requirements will result in your account being classified as a Non-Activity Account. 

 

 Consequences of Non-Activity Status:

 

1. Initial Warning:

   - If you fail to meet the monthly activity requirements, you will receive an initial warning via email. This warning will remind you of the activity requirements and provide guidance on how to meet them.

 

2. Probation Period:

   - After the initial warning, you will be placed on a one-month probation period. During this time, you must meet the monthly activity requirements to avoid further action.

 

3. Termination of Partnership:

   - If you fail to meet the activity requirements during the probation period, we reserve the right to terminate the partnership. This means your affiliate account will be deactivated, and you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions. All pending payment will be done before closing the account.

 

Reinstatement:

- If your account is terminated due to non-activity, you may apply for reinstatement after a period of 3 months. Reinstatement will be at our discretion and will require a demonstration of commitment to meeting the activity requirements.

 

Appeals:

 

- If you believe your account has been wrongly classified as a Non-Activity Account or if you have extenuating circumstances that prevented you from meeting the activity requirements, you may appeal the decision by contacting our affiliate support team. Appeals must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the termination notice.
