NE Connect – User Policy & Chat Guidelines

Welcome to NE Connect — our private 1-on-1 chat feature designed to build real connections through fitness, creativity, and community. To keep this a safe and inspiring space, we've created a few important guidelines. By using NE Connect, you agree to the following terms.

1. Respect Is Non-Negotiable

Treat others the way you want to be treated. That means:

No hate speech, racism, sexism, or any form of discrimination
No threats, bullying, or harassment — direct or indirect
No sexually explicit content, unsolicited flirting, or inappropriate messages

2. Keep It Legal

You agree not to use NE Connect for:

Sharing or discussing illegal activities
Selling or promoting drugs, weapons, or fraudulent services
Impersonating someone else

3. NE Connect Is Not a Dating or Meet-Up App

This is not a space for flirting, dating, or arranging personal meetups. NE Connect is built strictly for community interactions, motivation, creative exchange, and positive connection within the NE movement.
Using the platform for romantic, sexual, or relationship pursuits is a clear violation of our policy.

4. Protect Your Privacy (and Others')

Never share personal info like phone numbers, emails, home addresses, or passwords
Don’t pressure anyone to share photos, videos, or private details
Respect boundaries and consent at all times

5. No Spamming

No mass messaging or spammy behavior

6. Safety First

If someone makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, block them and report the conversation immediately
We have tools in place to monitor for abuse — repeated violations will result in account suspension or permanent bans

7. Your Chats Are Private — But Not Above the Law

NE Connect uses encryption and secure storage, but we reserve the right to review messages in cases of abuse reports, legal inquiries, or guideline violations
We may cooperate with authorities when necessary to protect users and our platform

8. You’re Responsible for Your Words

You are solely responsible for the messages you send
Messages reflect you, not the NE brand — but abuse or misconduct may result in consequences including removal from the app

9. Age Requirement

You must be 16+ to use NE Connect
If you're under 18, we recommend chatting under parental guidance

10. Reporting System

We have an in-app “Report” feature — use it. Each report is reviewed by our moderation team to ensure fairness and safety.

11. Enforcement & Account Suspension

Violation of these guidelines may result in:

Warnings
Temporary suspensions
Permanent bans (with or without warning)

Our moderation decisions are final.
